1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Meet America website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Product Information and Availability

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing on our website are accurate. However:

• Product availability is subject to change based on inventory and seasonal factors
• Actual product weight may vary slightly from listed weights due to the natural variation in livestock
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and update product information
• Product images are for illustrative purposes and actual products may vary

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order with Meet America:

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
• Payment is processed at the time of order placement
• Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information

4. Shipping and Delivery

Our beef products require special handling and shipping:

• All products travel frozen in insulated packaging on our own delivery runs
• Orders may be left at the door if you are out; bring them inside promptly
• We are not responsible for products that thaw because a delivery was not brought in promptly
• Route days may shift for weather or road conditions; we will tell you if yours does
• We currently deliver within Wyoming and the Colorado Front Range on a two-week route cycle, each region served every other week; delivery outside those areas may be arranged on request

5. Text Message Program

Meet America Alerts is optional. By giving us your mobile number and ticking a box you agree to receive automated texts of the kind you chose:

• Order updates: when an order is received, packed, out for delivery on your route day, and delivered
• Offers and specials: seasonal pricing and bundles, up to 4 messages a month
• Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and the two kinds of message are agreed to separately
• Reply STOP to stop at any time, or HELP for help
• Msg & data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier may
• You must be the account holder of the number you give us, or have their permission
• Messages depend on your carrier, so we cannot guarantee delivery or timing and you should not rely on a text alone to know where your order is

How we handle your number is set out in section 4 of our Privacy Policy. We may change or end the program at any time.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

• We cannot accept returns of perishable products once shipped
• If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• We may require photos of damaged products to process refund requests
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error

7. Product Safety and Storage

You are responsible for:

• Properly storing products in a freezer immediately upon receipt
• Following USDA guidelines for thawing, handling, and cooking beef products
• Consuming products within recommended timeframes
• Understanding that we are not liable for illness or injury resulting from improper handling or storage

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Meet America, Inc. or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meet America, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
