How it arrives
Vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen and packed in insulated coolers on our own delivery run. Boxes stay frozen for 24-48 hours after they are dropped, so we can leave your order at the door if you are out.
When it arrives
Your delivery day is your region's route day, which comes round every other week, confirmed by email when you order. Delivery is a flat $21.99, and free over $500.
Storing it
Everything is portioned and labelled before it ships, so you can freeze it as it comes. A quarter needs roughly 3-4 cubic feet of freezer space.
